The Coronado Club, a Platinum Club since 2018, (voted on exclusively by club managers and club presidents,) ranks among the top 5% of city clubs in the United States. Founded over 70 years ago in downtown Houston, the club is renowned for its culinary excellence, impeccable service, and rich tradition, offering a refined dining experience to an engaged and appreciative membership.

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS: This is not a maintenance role; it is a platform. The Coronado Club, a Platinum Club in the top 5% nationally, is poised to elevate its culinary program from excellent to exceptional. We are seeking a Chef de Cuisine who wants to lead, mentor, and cook at a high level, with the support, product, and membership to do it right.
