Founded over 70 years ago in downtown Houston, the club is renowned for its culinary excellence, impeccable service, and rich tradition, offering a refined dining experience to an engaged and appreciative membership.

The Coronado Club, a Platinum Club in the top 5% nationally, is poised to elevate its culinary program from excellent to exceptional. We are seeking a Chef de Cuisine who wants to lead, mentor, and cook at a high level, with the support, product, and membership to do it right.

- Lead daily execution of the à la carte program.
- Drive consistency, urgency, and accountability on the line.
- Mentor and develop a strong culinary team.
- Contribute to menu development and seasonal direction.
- Maintain high standards in organization, cleanliness, and systems.
